The decision to make a second Television tribute CD came about for a number of reasons, not least of which was the fact that we gained some new members on the Marquee Moon Mailing List who regretted not being able to contribute to Test Patterns and asked when the next CD was going to be put together.

Cue head-scratching and mutterings of "...the next one?" and "well,... maybe, sometime..., you know?"

But, there you go, you can't keep a good idea down. Not even this one.

And, of course, the first one was very, very good. Trust me... download it - get a CD.

Having learned much from the experience of making Test Patterns, we did this one in exactly the same way. We have guitars from the USA, guitars from the UK, guitars from Ireland, guitars from Canada, guitars from Sweden... you can never have too many guitars, right?

Once again, this is a project done by amateurs - which is to say, for the love of it. And not to make any money. (Not that we have anything against making money, per se, but this is not a commercial release.)

The casual observer might wonder why we are so passionate about this music. Well, there's the clue: from the first Television single (1975) to the latest Richard Lloyd CD (2000), passion is the operative word. And, as the song says, passion is No Ordinary Word.
