Each of the graphic files is saved in a Zip file as a 24 bit .jpg (exported at 'Maximum' quality) file at a resolution of 150 d.p.i. (If that doesn't tell you all that much, then it should give pretty good results on any decent colour printer and wonderful ones on a postscript printer!) The front cover (inner) is a .pdf file which can be read and printed by Adobe Acrobat Reader (free from here)
